Privacy Notice

Rythzen Pay processes payment transactions on behalf of the Rythzen family of products. This notice explains what we handle.

What we store

• Order references, amounts, currency and status.
• Customer name, email and phone supplied by the merchant to initiate a payment.
• Gateway transaction identifiers and payment method used.

What we never store

• Card numbers, expiry, CVV or wallet PINs — these are handled solely by the certified payment gateway.

Sharing

Transaction data is shared with the merchant business that initiated the payment and with the payment gateway to process it. We do not sell personal data.
